gi777 — Responsible & Safe Gaming
gi777 believes healthy entertainment is the best way to play. Our tools and guidelines help you stay in control and keep gaming enjoyable.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming can be fun and exciting — but it is always just entertainment. At gi777, we want every player to enjoy the platform with full awareness and self-control. Responsible gaming is not just about following rules — it is about your mental and financial wellbeing.
We believe that with the right information and tools at hand, any player can set their own limits. With that goal in mind, gi777 has built a number of effective tools and support systems, which are described in detail below.
When Does Gaming Become a Problem?
Most people play for entertainment and fun. But in some cases, gaming habits can go out of control. Ask yourself regularly — are you playing again and again to recover money you lost? Is gaming affecting your family, work, or studies? Honest answers to these questions will point you in the right direction.
gi777 always advises — never treat gaming as a source of income. Gaming is purely a place for entertainment, and the decision to take part should always be a considered one.
gi777's Safety Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once you reach the set limit, the system will automatically alert you and block any further deposits.
Breaks & Time-Out
Take a time-out ranging from one day up to one week. During this period, no games can be played from your account, but your previous transaction history will remain accessible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long break from gaming, activate self-exclusion. Your account can be fully suspended for anywhere from 30 days to 6 months or more.
Gaming Time Tracking
See how long you have been playing in the gi777 account dashboard. Set session reminders so that a warning appears on screen after a set amount of time.
Minor Protection (21+)
gi777 strictly enforces the 21+ age rule. Age verification is mandatory when opening an account. Parents are advised to use parental control software to block minors in the household from gaining access.
24/7 Support Team
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact the gi777 support team. Assistance is available in Bengali and English via live chat and email — 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
